Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital products (presets, LUTs), which are delivered instantly in digital form upon completion of purchase, we do not accept refunds once an order has been completed.

By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge that:

• The product is delivered in digital form, and delivery is considered complete once the file has been downloaded or sent.
• There is no right of withdrawal for digital content, in line with standard exceptions that apply to digital content delivered with the consumer's explicit consent.

Exception: If you experience a technical issue with your file (e.g., a corrupted or incorrect file), please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
