1. Our Products

We sell digital products (video editing presets/LUTs) delivered electronically after purchase.

2. License to Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the presets in your own personal or commercial video projects, including client projects, at no additional licensing cost. You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the preset files, in original or modified form, as a standalone product.
• Share, upload, or make the preset files available for download to any third party.
• Claim the presets themselves as your own original product for resale.

3. Payments

We accept payments via Visa, American Express, PayPal, and Klarna, processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

4. Refunds

See our separate Refund Policy — digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, presets) belongs to KAPEEVFX, unless otherwise stated.

6. Limitation of Liability

KAPEEVFX is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our products.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece.
